webcam upside down

Hello,

we recently managed more 1000+ interviews on BBB. all  went well except for 2 cases where the webcam of the student was upside down.

despite those 2 cases are really isolated we still would like to know on what to say to the participant in order to settle this problem.

anyone have a suggestion?
