Hello!
I have to enable BBB2 for up to 300 users at the same time and 200 in the same session.
Which do you recommend DIgital Ocean or AWS EC2?
Any other advice for mass use?

I'd use a dedicated server for such high amounts that obviously cannot handle a hickup in the server very well if some neighbor also decides to use a lot of bandwidth or cpu.

I have good experience with this smaller provider VULTR that offers cloud/vm/dedicated and 'bare metal' options, payable PER HOUR, so as flexible as Amazon or Digital Ocean but with very reasonable pricing:

$120/month or $0.179/h

    E3-1270v6 Processor
    8 CPU @ 3.8Ghz
    32768MB Memory
    5000GB Bandwidth
    10GbE Ethernet
