Getting "Could not make a WebSocket connection (error 1002)" when someone tries to connect audio

I'm Getting this error when I try to connect with mic,

"Could not make a WebSocket connection (error 1002)",

I've tried 3 browsers (incognito too) also 2 of my friends tried on their computers and same error.

Check you have all the corresponding ports on your server/ firewall according to the documentation.

I solved it by running "bbb-install.sh" again.
