Enable webspeech or vosk audio to Captions

I have enabled Audio Captions and dictation to true but its not working. What else do i need to make Audio Captions work? Is there anything else i must configure?

I have edited the file:

/usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/server/assets/app/config/settings.yml

And used:

    audioCaptions:
      enabled: true
      # mobile: <Boolean> - controls speech transcription availability on mobile
      mobile: true
      # provider: [webspeech, vosk, whisper, deepspeech]
