Changes in the master bbb-client config.xml

Hi everyone,

For the people who is working directly with the master branch, I just push some fixes provided by Felipe Cecagno, related to the following bugs:

And this bring some changes in the config.xml, so please update properly with the new template located in:

https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/blob/master/bigbluebutton-client/resources/config.xml.template
