Increase size of presenter laser pointer (red dot) for all users?

Hello,

in BigBlueButton, presenters can navigate through presentation slides and use the mouse cursor as a red “laser pointer,” which is visible to all participants.

This red dot is too small to be easily visible.

My questions are:

• Is there any supported configuration option to increase the size of the red laser pointer for all users?

• If not, is this something that is planned or under consideration for future versions?

I assume this laser pointer may be hard-coded, but I wanted to confirm whether there is an official or recommended approach to change the size.

Hello.
It's not impossible but there is neither official nor easy way to do so.
One way to do so is to replace the tldraw cursor after rendering by modifying the source code of BBB (directly modifying the tldraw code would even be more tedious than BBB's code).

I agree it would be a very nice feature to be able to customize cursor size/color of the cursor.

Is there a way to do it using a custom style ? is there a known html selector for the cursor that we can style with userdata-bbb_custom_style  ?
