Edit Welcome Chat Message in Plugin Moodle 2.2.9

Hi,

My name Victor and thank you for accepting me in this group.

I'm new to this from BBB which is a great learning tool and congratulations to the programmers.

I have a query on how to edit the text of the welcome chat in the plugind moodle:

Reading in the forum a user published these steps:

 (open moodle->mod->bigbluebuttonbn->lang-en->bigbluebuttonbn.php)
    ->, First of all, you need to access Moodle code
    ->Open moodle Folder, in that open mod folder and in that open bigbluebuttonbn folder
    ->After that there is lang folder open that one. There you find an en folder and open that one then you will see a bigbluebuttonbn.php  
     ->In that file search for bigbluebutton name and replace with your custom name (whatever the name you want to show in your moodle project)

Then save the file changes on the server, but when opening bbb in moodle the changes are not seen.

If someone would be very kind to help me.

Hi visepul,

Moodle does only parse languange lines (plugin_dir/lang/*) on plugin install or upgrade. After editing a language file you need to increase the version number. This will trigger an upgrade and reparsing the php file.
