500 Internal Server Error on "Always Deny" guest policy

Hi everyone,

I am using BigBlueButton Server 2.6.11. I am facing problem when Moderator set the "Always deny" guest policy in settings, the guest is redirected to the error page while joining where it shows "500 Internal Server Error".

I have checked using "sudo bbb-conf --status" all the things are running properly.
