BBB: Audio not working for recording

Hello,
 
We use BigBlueButton as part of our Training Platform. We are facing an issue where some of the BBB recordings are missing audio or even more (screen share, etc.) components.
 
We checked the server and found it’s near 98% storage size, which could be the potential cause of it. The files seem available in the hard driver therefore we tried to rebuild the files and the major video appeared. However, the audio is missing, we can see the audio file in the folder, but cannot re-assemble it by calling “rebuild”.
 
We are wondering if anyone can help us on this.

You need to free up disk space.   What version of BigBluebutton are you running?
