Some pptx and pdfs aren't converted correctly

Hi @all

It seems like BBB 3.0.16 got a little issue with document conversion.

On some files, the right side of the slide is cut off.

I also get the following error during document conversion:

(bbb-conf --watch)

/var/log/bigbluebutton/bbb-web.log:2025-10-11T13:39:52.991+02:00 ERROR o.b.p.h.AbstractCommandHandler - [imgresolution-/var/bigbluebutton/MEETING-ID/ANOTHER-ID/ANOTHER-ID/svgs/slide7.svg] identify: delegate failed `'rsvg-convert' -o '%o' '%i'' @ error/delegate.c/InvokeDelegate/1966.

anyone else getting this error?

Server is running BBB 3.0 since version 3.0.4 and has always been updated the same way (using the bbb install script)

If anyone else encounters the problem of wrong presentation conversion:

Please check if this package is missing on the server:

libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra (for example with: dpkg -l | grep magick)

When you install it with:

apt install libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra

the document conversion should work again.
