Bug Report - Whiteboard Toolbar Disappears

Hi everyone,

I'm reporting 2x bugs with the whiteboard toolbar disappearing.

These 2 bugs are easier to demonstrate, so I've made a 4 minute video.

The first bug is minor, but the second causes our teachers a lot of problems during lessons.

You'll get better video resolution if you download the video then watch it, rather then streaming it.

Thank you for this report!  The video you provided was excellent in demonstrating the bug.  We've opened an issue to resolve this bug in 0.9.0-dev

Hi Andy,

I was just trying to reproduce the whiteboard toolbar visibility bugs and I can reproduce them on demo.bigbluebutton.org
(v0.81), but when I try on a 0.9 server I can't reproduce the issues.

Could you try and reproduce the bugs on the 0.9 test server to see if they're still valid bugs. If you can't reproduce I'll close
the bug because it seems like it was fixed at some point. I want to make sure I'm not missing something.
