BBB 2.2-beta-15 troubles with mute/unmute users by moderator using Flash client

Hi, 

We are experiencing this behavior with the Flash client and BigBlueButton beta-15:

• Moderator mutes all participant mics except his own.
• Moderator tries to un-mute  one of the participant mic from participants list but nothing happens
• Moderator tries to un-mute the participant by clicking in the mic icon that shows over the participant video: the participant is disconnected from the meeting.

What should I check?

Do you have unmuting turned on? What value do you have for "allowModsToUnmuteUsers" in "/usr/share/bbb-web/WEB-INF/classes/bigbluebutton.properties"? In 2.2 we disabled the ability for moderators to unmute other people for privacy reasons.

We haven't changed that value for unmute. I'll wait to the end of the day and will change this value.
