Hi everyone,

BBB team seems very excited about Gladia in latest bbb release 2.7.4. Could someone please share how to enable it?

Thank you

Hi Fred,
I got Gladia up and running with no problems whatsoever - great! The results are very impressive and we could use this feature for our Erasmus+ exchange preparations, where sometimes people do not speak the same language or are not as confident in the language and only get a rough idea. I find it very impressive that I can swith from speaking German to English and the transcript will consistently create the transcript in the chosen language.
I would like to alter the languages (i.e. add German and Swedish), though and I found the list at Gladia, which languages are supported. You do not happen to have link to the abbreviations to the languages?
How can I add them? I editied /usr/local/bigbluebutton/bbb-transcription-controller/config/default.yml and restarted the server, but no additinoal languages appear in BBB itself, so I'm guessing I need to add more transcription servers.

I added:
en-GB: wss://HOST/voskEN
en-SV: wss://HOST/voskSV

Is there a documentation anywhere?

Best wishes from Germany,

John Alistair
