Hi,

I have updated to the latest version of bbb i.e, 2.2.19 but I am facing few issues. So I want to downgrade it to 2.2.16. Can anyone help me with this . Could you please share me the command or procedure to downgrade to the specific version of bbb.

A downgrade won't solve this problem. Did you execute `bbb-conf --setip your.domain.com` after the upgrade? Did you add all your customizations to the apply-config.sh script? (see https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/customize.html#automatically-apply-configuration-changes-on-restart )

Also, execute `bbb-conf --check` and `bbb-conf --status` to see what might be the problem. Most likely either your freeswitch service is not started (check the logs for the reason) or your nginx site conf or the freeswitch config is not configured correctly.

Best regards,
basisbit

PS: next time please use the bigbluebutton-setup mailing list instead of this one here.

Hi AFAIK, the only way to downgrade is manually backup packages from
`/var/cache/apt/archives/`

You can downgrade by installing the ubuntu packages from the repository
for that version. See here:

Thanks, Matias

Hi Matias, are you sure that work?

I tested this command on a 2.2.17 instance and it not roll back to 2.2.9
wget -qO- https://ubuntu.bigbluebutton.org/bbb-install.sh | bash -s -- -w -v xenial-220-2.2.9 -a -w

I found that bbb repository doesn't store any older version, so I think it's not possible to rollback without the help of local backups.
