BBB V3 rc2 - disconnect error messages

Hi all,
we are testing BBB V3 rc 1 in our office and have seen error messages.
Unfortunately we did not find a way to reproduce the error - it just happens from time to time (every 10 to 20 minutes). Here is what a participant told me:
" random audio / screen sharing disconnects (error codes: 3007, 3002, 3005)  "

Obviously the session can be continued but screen sharing had to be started again.
Number of participants was 2 to 5 maximum.
The server has 12 GB memory, 100 GB disc.

Some participants have been connected via LAN others connected from remote.
Not sure whether connection was Turn or UDP.
I was told that the message only popped up for a short amount of time.

I was not able to find any information on these error codes other than that ChatGPT told me this may be related to network problems.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi Wolfgang,

Coming back to this -- are you still getting the errors?  For users that are getting disconnected, can you check out their Connection Status Icon and choose "Copy Stats".

For the users that are getting disconnected, are they all on IPV6 by chance?
