The footer message is actually found here, https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/blob/master/bigbluebutton-client/src/org/bigbluebutton/main/views/MainApplicationShell.mxml#L458. If you want to remove the message you have have to setup the development client, edit the file, and build your own version of the client.

Sorry, I just realized I didn't actually answer your question in my first post. If you change the defaultWelcomeMessageFooter line to just "defaultWelcomeMessageFooter=" your welcome message won't have a footer. I just tested it out on my development VM and it worked. Make sure to restart tomcat after you make your changes because they won't take effect until tomcat is restarted. In order to restart tomcat you can run "sudo service tomcat6 restart".

I'm not sure why it's not working, sorry. It worked on my machine and it should have worked on yours.

That's correct.

Could you try something else. Try putting any other message at for the value, something like "This is a new footer". Save it, restart tomcat, restart the meeting and test again.

Also, what is the full path of the file that you are editing? Have you ever gone through the process of setting up the development environments on that server? Could you post the output of "bbb-conf --check".

Hi,

Please use the URL in the previous message -- it links to our documentation for setting up a development environment.  It also shows you how modify the footer message.

Rather than post all the steps here (it would be a long post), see the URL in the previous message.

Regards,... Fred

Hi Smac,

i am using apis on Ajax call in Wordpress, The BBB apis taking tooo much time and CPU Usage during call.

You going to need to post some code so the other developers in this forum can try and duplicate what your doing.  There's not enough information in your post.

Keep in mind that we're volunteering our time as well.

Regards,... Fred
