BigBlueButton 2.0 Screen Share Freeze

Hi Dear BigBlueButton community and developers,
I am facing with a problem like while sharing video i have some freezing pixels and the quality of video seems to be very poor.
i made some changes in bigbluebutton.properties file but changes are minor
i will appreciate your recommendations about this topic

Are you seeing square tiles when sharing video on your screenshare? If so, that's the SVC codec.

Don't share video using the screenshare. The screenshare works best with content that doesn't change often. Unlike video where there is a lot of motion.

Upload the video to Youtube and share the link.

it is organization and there is only internal network that's why i can't share youtube link the viewers should see whats going online.
in your opinion there is no solution to fix am i right?

Unfortunately, there is no solution when sharing the video using screenshare.

Perhaps upload it to internal server with link to play it.
