Hi,We're interested to dig deeper on this ... are the users getting immediately removed from the session and seeing"You have been removed from the conference"Or are they seeing a blue banner at the top"Disconnected. Trying to reconnect in x seconds"Or are they getting a different error message?Is it the same users (or group of users)? Are you able to reproduce it on your end? Do you have a user that is encountering the problem frequently and could do a bit of testing with them -- such as login to your server and, in another browser window, login to https://demo.bigbluebutton.org/ -- does the user get disconnected from both servers at the same time or only one server?Regards,...
