How start HTML5 client like videochat layout

Dear Team,

My version is BBB 2.2 Beta-9:

I change file /usr/share/meteor/bundle/programs/server/assets/app/config/settings.yml, hidePresentation. 

But, it only shows the boundaries of the presentation area.

The goal: the participant to enter no show presentation, public chat and users list, all hidden. But, webcams side by side only, like video chat layout in flash.

Whats way for this?

If you set just "autoSwapLayout: true" and leave "hidePresentation: false" then it will start with the webcams large and presentation minimized.

There's no configuration to hide the chat.

I just realized that you wanted the chat and user list hidden. You can set "showParticipantsOnLogin: false" and the chat and userlist won't open.

"showParticipantsOnLogin: false" is perfect for me.

But, "autoSwapLayout: true" and "hidePresentation: false" does not allow you to restore the presentation later. i click in restore presentation button, but nothing happens. screenshare not work also.

Looks like the autoSwapLayout has a few bugs with it. I found that I had opened an issue for the the screenshare problem (https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/7325), but I don't think anyone has looked into it. I also opened up a new issue about not being able to restore the presentation (https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/7582). I don't think they'll get into beta-10, but hopefully they can be addressed in 2.2.

version 2.2-beta-20 continues the problem to start with webcam only and hidden presentation.
The "autoSwapLayout" and "hidePresentation" parameters do not work for me.

Version 2.2.0-beta-18 is OK. 

How to start with webcams only and presentation minimized in 2.2.0-beta-20?

and how install specific version 2.2.0-beta-18 now?
