Hello

If you have older bbb server like 16.04 you can do this :

edit the file : /etc/ca-certificates.conf

add a ! before the line : mozilla/DST_Root_CA_X3.crt

save & quit

run this command :

/usr/sbin/update-ca-certificates

the result should be give something like that:

Updating certificates in /etc/ssl/certs...

0 added, 1 removed; done.

Running hooks in /etc/ca-certificates/update.d...

Removing debian:DST_Root_CA_X3.pem

done.

done.

But this solution doesn't run for greenlight instance

Fix for CA certificate:

apt-get install snapd
apt-get remove -y certbot
snap install certbot --classic
certbot renew --force-renewal --preferred-chain "ISRG Root X1"

I cannot upload presentations on bbb servers installed on Ubuntu 16.04 server.

I guess it has to do with SSL. It broke down on its own. How can I fix this?

is there a solution for scalelite docker images? All servers are offline due to SSL issue.
