events.xml file corrupt

Dear developers,

Sometime my colleagues complain that their recordings not shown by moodle. And while I investigate I saw that there are audio, presentation and deskshare files there however events file looks like as follows:

and than this record can not processed by bbb-rap-archive-worker.service because of this file.

I investigate much however I haven't find any cure to fix this file. 

Is there anybody have experiment to fix event file?

Take a look at the logs of redis, it looks like it isn't persisting the events as it was supposed to.
