we've had a few instances of 2 or more participants disconnecting at the same time (or within a second or two).  The participants are in different regions, on different networks, etc. so it would appear the problem is at the server end given the timing of disconnects.
Generally the particpants seem to be able to rejoin after disconnecting.

in syslog the corresponging "user deleted" messages can be found, eg:
Nov  1 14:35:50 xxxx bbb-pads[820]: 2023-11-01T18:35:50.238Z INFO#011 [handler] user deleted {"meetingId":"44fe3d54c194eec3fabba434c68e05ecc7470417-1698861315214","userId":"w_xmf7aerhieju"}

But no obvious errors are recorded in the log in the viscinity of these "user deleted" message.
My question is where can I found more detailed information about the disconnections, including errors that may have occurred, and if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Thanks,

Hi Les,

The log line you included (bbb-pads) is a consequence of the disconnection. You should be able to get more info from components bbb-html5, bbb-web, bbb-apps-akka.
I'd recommend looking through `sudo journalctl` possibly with --begin a minute or so before the disconnects. bbb-html5 has a connection manager with logs so you should be able to track connection ids and also log lines about large RTT, etc. I like to print to file and grep by userid or connection id.

Hope this helps!
