Chrome ICE 1007 error on local network

Today I did a clean install of Ubuntu 16.04 and BBB 2.2 via bbb-install.sh.

When I join the audio session on Chrome from either of my my Windows 10 PCs on my local network I get an ICE Error 1007.  If I use Firefox on those same PCs it works.

If my friend outside of my local network joins it works with both Firefox and Chrome.

If I join from Chrome on my Android phone it works both from the local network AND over LTE (across the internet).

I looked at the network debugging info in Chrome.  It seems to be having issues on the calls to 

wss://switlikm.no-ip.org/html5client/sockjs/643/jpqpis94/websocket 

and  

wss://switlikm.no-ip.org/ws?sessionToken=uhaoadeiadmgpqqh

Anyone else having this issue with Chrome on the local network?

I'm was running Chrome v87.  I updated to v88 a few minutes ago and it still gives ICE error 1007 on the local network.  Firefox is v84.0.2 and works fine.
