BBB Video recording MP4 played with white screen in local machine

Hello Team,

Greetings !!

We are using BBB 2.6.10 for video conferencing. Here, Call recording is stored as webm and mp4 but when we download it in local machine, it is playing with white screen in video. We are only able to hear audio.

Note:- 

1. Video is stored and downloaded through SCP command from this location of server :- 

/var/bigbluebutton/published/presentation/$MEETING-ID/video/webcams.mp4

2. We are not using greenlight. Few blog suggested to use Greenlight which has feature to download MP4 from browser. This MP4 can be played on local machine.

3. We have used custom code to convert webm into MP4 but it is taking too much CPU and RAM of server during the conversion.

Can you please provide feasibility/solution for the same? Is there out of the box solution at BBB to create bundled MP4 with all required metadata to play this video in local machine.
