Hello,

is there a setting i have missed that will disable the confirmation page when an event is being closed and will redirect the users directly to the logout URL?

Regards,
Peter

I can't find an option to redirect to the logout URL automatically. We used to have the option, but I'm not sure why it was removed.

There is an option in the flash config.xml confirmLogout or something similar, set it to false, rebuild your flash app.
For HTML5 you can turn off the feedback page with config. To go straight to logoutURL you can modify the logout route in the HTML5 source code.

Thanks Ally, i really need not to modify the code of the client since i will have to do it every time after update is done.

@chad - where should i raise a feature request for that? I remember that in the flash client there was such option but i think it will be nice addition to the html5 client as well. The reason behind it is that the moderator can close the meeting and redirect the users to the logout page without interaction. Users always try to get out by closing the window with the 'x' and not follow the text/buttons on the page. So it could be beneficial to many organizers/moderators.

Peter

You can open an issue for it in GitHub https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/issues/new/choose. It should be pretty straightforward to implement.
