Error 1010: ICE negotiation timeout on android phone

Hi Folks,

I was trying to join a BigBlueButton meeting through mobile. Initially it worked properly well for sometime. 

But after sometime I was getting error:-> "Error 1010: ICE negotiation timeout on mobile".

Hi Girish,

Can you provide us more information.  What mobile device are you using?  What version of BigBlueButton server are you running?

Can you try it against https://demo.bigbluebutton.org/ and let us know if it works there.

Any thoughts on what changed?  Did you upgrade your phone and/or your BigBlueButton server?

Android Version : 9

Model and hardware : Mi A1

Chrome Browser : 72

BigBlueButton Server 2.2.0-rc-1 (1581)

   we did not upgrade either phone and BigBlueButton server.

Moreover Is there any logs , where we can check on server side for such type of issues.
