Phone Shared Webcam Green on Mobile Chrome App - Troubleshoot Help Needed

Hi everyone.

Lately, on my 2.6 installation, I've noticed that when connecting to a class with my phone, the webcam shows green (no video). Sometimes in the preview of webcam before sharing it, I can see myself, but ones clicking the share button, it goes green.  I tested the latest version https://test27.bigbluebutton.org/ and it does the same there.  (See attached screenshots)

Camera permissions are correct for Chrome App and running the latest version of Chrome app from App store, running HUAWEI P20 lite android phone.

It works 100% on FireFox, but not Chrome. So definitely a Chrome issue.  I re-installed Chrome App but get the same greenscreen issue

Any idea what would be causing this?
