app.legacy.upgradeBrowser issue

Hello, 

I'm using BBB 2.2. and getting this error when I'm trying to log the room "app.legacy.upgradeBrowser" from Android 9 & 10 in chrome browser. One of the phones was bought 2 days ago. 

Also I've tried from a samsung A70 ... same error. 

I checked on demo from BBB ... and same. 

I've installed Firefox and workes just find there. 

Can anyone help ? Is there any fix for this ?

Thank you for your prompt replay. 

Here are the info I get

Chrome Mobile 80.0.3987 / Android 0.0.0

Not sure why it shows android 0 when 1 of the phone it's Android 9 and the other Android 10

   Same problem here, app.legacy.upgradeBrowse message

   Webview showing  Chrome Mobile 80.0.3987 / Android 0.0.0 when used https://demo1.bigbluebutton.org/html5client/useragent. 

   Cellphone Samsung A30.

   

   Still trying to fix. I will test on another cellphone.

   Maybe a Samsung problem?

I've noticed that on Samsung Galaxy working ok ... other models have this issue .

Hey guys, 

so I'm not finding anything. Basically if https://demo1.bigbluebutton.org/html5client/useragent returns Chrome + Android 0.0.0, BB it's givving the error: app.legacy.upgradeBrowser. 

from my understanding the problem it's Android 0.0.0 ... but as much as I searched over the internet I couldn't find anything on how to fix this.

Can anyone help ?

I  tried to open bigbluebutton from inside an app that i am developing using flutter. 

The problem is that the userAgent seems not to be caught by meteor (debugging in console the 'VERSION' variable is not replaced). In order to overcome this issue i have set the userAgent manually when i open the webview and I am able to listen and view the presentantion... i am still working to see the video because the message "There was a problem with your media device" appears.
