Cannot playback from iphone, ipad

Hello all,

Following an update using the install script (sudo bbb-install.sh -v xenial-220) yesterday at noon, our users on iPhone and iPad can no longer playback recordings.  This is the production server.  They are able to see live video and audio.  From our tester:

"It's still not letting me play the recordings on mobile devices. It's acting like the video is 0:00 minutes so I can't move the slider. I tried as the course manager as well as a student and nothing. I am on an iPhone and iPad using the Chrome browser "

Any suggestions how to troubleshoot / fix are appreciated!

You need to enable mp4 for recordings.

Hi Toni,

I modified the presentation.yml file following those steps, tried bbb-record --rebuild for a test meeting that seemed successful.  I then did a bbb-record --rebuildall .  But new test recordings are not appearing.
