Hi All,

I have an issue in attached screenshot when i tried installing BBB to my local server knowing that i went through the BBB docs

Hello,

Which version of BigBlueButton are you trying to install? On which OS? Is the OS clean or do you have existing software already installed on that machine?

Hi,

please copy paste the command you used for the installation.

On Ubuntu you likely can press PrintScreen or PrntSc to open the Screenshot tool.

The ubuntu  version did not match the requirements.

In the context of "minimum" it is misleading to have Ubuntu 20.04 64-bit OS running Linux kernel 5.x under this topic
It is the only version where you can install it.

The next bigbluebutton-3.0 which is currently alpha  needs Ubuntu 22.04 64-bit OS running Linux kernel 5.x
