I wrote one a while back, I will post it on github later today (hopefully). I just need to clean it up a little first.

Hi Mahdi,

It is up on github, you can find it here https://github.com/omarshammas/python-bigbluebutton

It still needs cleaning up and better documentation. Maybe you can even help improve it if you feel it is lacking, but hopefully it can get you going.
