Recording Availability and Rebuild Failure in BBB Server

Hello Everyone,

Over the past few days, I have encountered an issue with my BigBlueButton (BBB) server where recordings are not being made available as expected. When I attempt to rebuild the recordings, the process also fails.

I have attached the XML file and the logs related to the recordings for reference.
