Putting emojis in video stream

Hello,

Is there anyone that knows how to put emojis into a video stream similar to the way that Facebook Live works? The idea is to have a button to the right side of the screen and every time someone clicks on the button an emoji floats up to the top of the screen. When the button is clicked repeatedly then more emojis float up. Thanks.
