Hi All

Firstly to Fred and the BBB team thanks work all the work on BBB, We are finding the changes in 0.8 have improved BBB, from better audio quality and reduced delay to usability with mute buttons etc

After a flash update yesterday I am having a problem when connection to a BigBlueButton meeting on our server (0.8 RC3) and BBB demo server. Connects but freezes at loading 0% see attached image. I have tried remove Flash plugin and reinstalling, Internet explorer works fine.
Anyone else having this problem.

Thanks
Steve

Hi
We had something similiar by the flash blocker yesterday. A click for
enabling had given only a white screen.
There it had helped to allow the site so it did not block it.

Hi Stephen

Thanks, looks like it could be the same issue. I am using Windows 7 Pro 32bit with Firefox 12.0 - If I downgrade flash player to version 11.2.202.233 then connecting to BBB works fine in Firefox.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for reporting this.  Can you try the workarounds at

And let us know if the workarounds suggested by Mozilla resolve the issue.  This doesn't look like a bug in BigBlueButton; rather, it looks like a problem with Flash 11.3 running in the browser on some configurations.

Adobe introduced background updating in Flash 11.3, so hopefully it won't be long before the fix the problem and push out a silent update.

Regards,... Fred
