New Big5 release

Hi,

I released a new version of Big5 and Big5 lite. So finally both apps are
available in the same version again.

WHAT IS NEW
-----------

The main new feature is that you can now add new bookmarks to Big5 using
a special URL. So if you want your web app to be launched and added to
Big5 just point to an URL like this:

big5bookmark:Demo,http://www.big5apps.com/demo/

'Demo' is the name of the bookmark and the rest after the comma is the
URL of the web app, in this case the sample web app of Big5 itself.

In the list view now we also show the URL so you can better distinguish
between your apps.

FUTURE PLANS
------------

The next release will be a major release that mainly will get compatible
with iPhone OS 3.0. I will also try to consolidate the features and fix
open bugs. The interface will be cleaned up a bit and also show icons
for your entries.

So this is a good occasion to add you ideas and bug notes to the issue
list and maybe 'star' or comment those issues you like to see most:
