University of Oklahoma - Debt Financing

OU has historically issued traditional long term debt, i.e. fixed rate bonds with a maturity tied to the life of the assets being financed. We are considering other long term debt financing structures. Have you issued non-traditional long term debt or are you contemplating issuing non-traditional long term debt? If so, what is the structure of the financing?
