Question 1: We are researching various tuition and fee models.  Could you please provide information on your T&F structure:

• Do you offer differential tuition?
• If so, is it structured as a college or course differential or some other form?
• Do you offer for all student levels?
• If you offer for all levels, how do you account for students who have not yet selected a major or who change majors?
• If you offer for upper levels, do you apply once the student completes a certain number of degree hours, apply based on course level, apply once a major is chosen?
• Do you have any plans to alter your tuition structure?  If so, what are you considering?
• How is tuition revenue allocated to your colleges?
• What is your fee structure - combined, individual or hybrid?
• Benefits and pitfalls of combined fees
• Other information is welcome

Question 2: Do you offer non-term based or irregular date courses?

• How do you bill for these courses?
• What are your drop and withdrawal rules for these courses?
• Do you have grade deadlines that correspond with SAP verification?
• Other information is welcome
