   which also includes an invite from the Colorado "Mini5280" club to join all or part of their NW MINI Road Trip 2013 that flows thru Montana (entire drive June 1st thru June 9th, with stops in Billings, Butte, and passing through Bozeman and Missoula).

A definite date for "Minis on the Beartooth"   I believe still needs to be established.   The suggestion initially by Mel was Aug 3rd or Aug 10th.   
I think most that responded would go on Aug 10th.  The primary conflict is a major event: MINIs In The Mountains 2013, Aug. 7-11, at Avon, Colorado, 8 miles from Vail.   So my question: is there anybody here on Big Sky MINIs going to to MITM?.  I know that there have been some our our number that have gone to MITM in previous years.   I propose that unless we have numerous conflicts, that we set Aug 10th firmly.  Let's set a deadline of Sat, May 11th, for any final responses for or against Aug 10th.
