Convertible top

My convertible top won't unlatch and open...anyone have ideas on how to get this fixed and who will do it??

Did you get any replies to your convertible latch problem?  We don't have a convertible so, no definite ideas for corrective action from me.  My only suggestion is to call a dealership service department and ask the question.  I've done that for a couple out of warrantee issues, with helpful advisement received.  Another possible source would be:  MINIMania.com in the new MINI forum section.  Or NorthAmericanMotoring.com and find the new MINI forum.  Those forums can get responses sometimes, from those who have encountered similar issues.  Best wishes.
