This is our inaugural monthly newsletter.  Wondering what the latest news on our brewery is?  Where you can taste our beer next? Which killer beers we’ve been in love with?  You'll get it first in the Monthly Mule! And, for even more information, go to our webpage!

Upcoming Events:

We’ve been busy brewing in the month of April to prepare for future tastings of our prototype beers.  Our next planned event is at Gene McCarthy’s Better Beverage Society on June 10th.  McCarthy’s puts on a great event, as $30 will get you open bar for three hours, free tastings, and a three course meal prepared by Chef Dustin.  We hosted a Better Beverage tasting at McCarthy’s last summer and had an amazing time with almost 60 people there.  Do not miss this event!

We’ll have other tastings in June as well; check our website often for updates on News and Events.

Live- American Pale Ale - 5.5%

Why?:
This beer pours a lovely hazy golden color with a light white The aroma features a nice citrus/earthy hop characteristics. The taste is bitter somewhat dry and orange/lemony.  This is a beer that we thoroughly enjoy and plan on enjoying through the spring into the fine WNY summer months. Cheers!
 
 

Are we all crazy?

It took some time to convince me to go to the Craft Brewers Conference.  You would think we would have jumped at the chance: one big party filled with brewers and beer?  The truth is, I’ve been to trade shows before, and they aren’t all valuable.  “What can you find at a trade show that you can’t find on the internet?” I wondered.  However, once I saw the seminar list, it was no longer a question... Read More
 
 

Whats brewing?

We currently have empty kegs in our basement.  This can mean only one thing – it’s time to fill them with our beer!  Currently in the fermenter: (1)Rye Brown Ale, (2) our Light Hybrid Ale, and (3) our (AWOG award winning) Glacier IPA.  On deck is the return of Blonde Peach (our Belgian-style summer seasonal) on deck for the brew garage.
