Hive on Spark using BigBench benchmark throwing java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException

I am running BigBench benchmark using hive on spark, some of the throughput workloads are failing with the following error:
ERROR yarn.ApplicationMaster: User class threw exception: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused:java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: masternode_ipaddress:32894Please help.

Hi Ravi,
can you give a little bit more information about your setup? Do the other phases succeed? Did you run the POWER_TEST phase successfully (query 01 to 30). Which queries do fail in the THROUGHPUT_TEST_1 phase? Can you give us the complete log output for the failing query?

It almost looks like an network issue.
