Subject: [FJLaw] Survey to Assess Farmworker Access to Healthcare

Dear colleagues,

Farmworker Justice is conducting a nationwide needs assessment on the health care needs of farmworker communities. The goal of the needs assessment is to gather information about the barriers experienced by farmworkers and their families accessing health care and health insurance to identify trends and develop recommendations to improve services. We have conducted focus groups across the country with farmworkers and promotores de salud. As a final step, we developed a survey for community organizations.

We would greatly appreciate your participation in the survey. A link can be found here. A Spanish version of the survey can be found here.  The survey will be open until Monday, Oct. 5.  Please contact me with any questions or for additional information.

Thank you,

Alexis
