Fmap or DWI

Hello,

I just looking for verification. We collect DWI data in the AP direction. We also collect several B0s in the PA direction for distortion correction.  I am thinking I would put the PA images in the DWI folder not the fmap folder.   Am I correct?

I'm not sure if it's the recommended way, but I always put the PA images in the fmap folder if they are not going to be used for the diffusion modelling, i.e., if I only have a few PA-images (I typically then put the B0FieldIdentifier on the SBREF files, if available). If I have an equal number of AP/PA images then I put both in the dwi folder.
