Formation of working group: code of conduct and code of conduct enforcement

Dear BIDS community, 

On behalf of myself and Dora Hermes, I would like to direct your attention to the formation of a working group on Code of Conduct and CoC enforcement, with the goal of proposing a governance amendment that we hope to bring to a vote in the upcoming elections.
