Dear all

we are developing a BIDS app who takes processed fMRI data as input.
There is a particular processing step (bandpass filtering) that it's critical to have, and other ones (like spatial smoothing) which are on the other hand unwanted.
What's the best way to deal with this requirement? Is there a list of the processing steps that can be ported from processing application? Or just specify how the input should be? Or performing again the bandpass filter?

thanks!

I don't think there is anything in BIDS Derivatives that goes into this level of details in a machine readable way.

What I would recommend though is test this in the data - do an FFT to check if there is power in frequency bands you don't expect and use a smoothness estimation tool to check if data was smoothed.

Best,
Chris
