BID On Line Agenda - Half Year

Dear BID members,

We have NEW policy for assignments arrangement!
BID On Line Agenda is ALIVE. Please check the On Line Agenda below for your HALF-YEAR assignment.
Please read the new rules thoroughly for arranging assignments.
Rule #1. VPE will directly assign the role for you WITHOUT asking except prepared speech speakers.
Rule #2. If you have the assignment but CANNOT attend the meeting, please inform VPE Mia and Emi before the PREVIOUS meeting. E.g.1, If you can’t attend the meeting on 08/12, please inform Mia and Emi before 07/22. E.g.2, If you can’t attend the meeting on 10/14, please inform Mia and Emi before 09/23, etc.
Rule #3. If you don’t want to take the role that VPE arranged, please ask other members for exchange or invite guest from other clubs by YOURSELF followed by informing VPEs.
Rule #4. The assignments will be changed and assignment taker will be informed by VPEs if there’s any conflict with the time for supportive guests invited from other clubs.
