Peer-to-peer motivation training resources for health center workers

Hello Everyone, 

We here at VaxTrac are planning a peer-to-peer motivation training for our 'champion' front-line health center workers who we believe could be good role models and motivators for other HCWs who are not quite as motivated to use our mobile vaccine registry system. We wanted to put an ask out there throughout the BID Network and see if anyone has ever done similar trainings with HCWs or has any other resources that we can review in preparation for our training. We have plenty of resources on how to train HCWs to become peer health educators but we don't want them to teach their peers about health but to motivate their peers to incorporate our registry system in their workflows more regularly.
