Tina Iroghama Agbonyinma is a seasoned immunization expert with over a decade of experience in polio eradication, routine immunization planning, and outbreak response for polio and other vaccine-preventable diseases in Nigeria. She currently serves as the Social and Behavior Change Facilitator – Polio in Northwestern Nigeria, where she provides technical support to ensure effective implementation of UNICEF-led social and behavior change initiatives.
Tina specializes in influencing individual and community attitudes, beliefs, and practices to drive measurable behavior change. Her work focuses on advocacy, communication, community engagement, and promoting equity in immunization and vaccine acceptance, particularly at the sub-national level in Kano State.
An active member of Sabin's Boost Community, Tina contributes to community growth through learning, sharing, leadership, and upholding Boost’s core values. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, with a focus on maternal and child health development.
