Boost Community Pulse Survey: Snapshot

At the end of the year, we shared out a Boost Community Pulse Survey to understand what our members accomplished in 2025 and what there priorities are for 2026.

Below are a few key insights from our members:

2025 Progress: Reduced zero-dose and under-immunized children; improved coverage; successful catch-up campaigns and community-based tracking

What Worked: Better data use and microplanning; trusted local partnerships; culturally responsive communication; new vaccine introductions and scale-up

2026 Priorities: Community-led demand and equity; resilient, data-driven immunization systems; sustainable funding and workforce

Top Risks: Funding cuts or uncertainty (45.8%); misinformation and declining trust (20.8%)

Support Needed: Practical training, mentorship and peer learning, knowledge sharing, financial and technical support

Sabin, in collaboration with Gavi, has developed Health Systems and Immunisation Strengthening knowledge products provide practical, evidence‑based guidance to help countries improve routine immunisation, reach zero‑dose children, and strengthen health systems. Covering topics from workforce performance and community engagement to digital tools and supply chain innovations, these 13 resources share actionable lessons and real‑world examples to advance equity and coverage worldwide. Join us for the final session of our Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccine Rollout Dialogue Series, co-hosted by Sabin's Boost Community and HPV Initiative, and UNICEF on Thursday, February 12 from 12:00 - 1:15 PM GMT (see local time).

The session will begin with a global perspective on health misinformation, followed by a country-level case study from Pakistan highlighting practical strategies used to counter misinformation, promote credible information sources, and build community trust. Boost member, Alisha Manandhar from Nepal will share an additional real-world example to further ground the discussion.

Designed as a highly interactive and collaborative session, the webinar will prioritize open dialogue, audience Q&A, and peer-to-peer learning, creating space for participants to share experiences and insights from their own contexts.
