Volunteers Needed for 4/17 Dance

Hello, all you lovely BIDA Volunteers! 

Today started out rainy here at the Big Blue House, but cleared up by lunchtime, and is now bright and sunny, and my favorite time of day. 

We have another dance coming up on Sunday; we've got our very own Harris Lapiroff calling to the music of Alex Cumming, Karen Axelrod, and Dave Langford! It should be a smokin' hot dance. Come help out your dance community and dance the rest of the evening on us! 

We are looking for the following volunteer slots:

Set up; 6:15-7 pm (or until done): 1 person

put up signs inside and out, fill water coolers, set up fans at both ends of the hall, help pull tables out to lobby for the door people, set out 25 chairs along outer wall of the hall, hang lights around hall perimeter.

Early Door; 6:30-8 pm: 3 people

check vax cards, ask for emails for contact tracing, take entry money and tick off on attendance form

Late Door: 8-9 pm: 2 people

same duties as early door

Late Late Door: 9-10: 1 person

Check vax cards and ask for email for tracing.
